The products and resources that VietSol Enterprise ("VietSol") provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). VietSol reserves the right to update the TOS at any time without notice to you. You or Customer are the human that access VietSol website, buy any products from VietSol

VietSol website are website that end with vietsol.com

Products are softwares, scripts, web templates and other materials that developed by VietSol and are sold to you (our customers).

Resources are webpages, images, icons and other documents that is availabe on VietSol website.

COMMON USES OF RESOURCES AND PRODUCTS.

PERSONAL USE ONLY: Unless otherwise specified, the products and resources are for your personal use. You may not re-distribute, re-transmit, re-reproduce, re-publish, re-license, re-create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any of them in any kind.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE: You do not have the right to use products, resources for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the products and resourcess in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any VietSol server, or the network(s) connected to any VietSol server. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any resources, products, other accounts through hacking, password mining or any other means.

SPECIFIC USE OF RESOURCES

You do not have the right to re-used, re-distribute, re-license and modify any resources that is available on VietSol website and are copyrighted of VietSol

Using all other items that are trademarked of third parties must follow their term of use at their website.

If the VietSol give you username/access to access a resource, you have to keep it private for your personal use only. You do not have permission to share or sell it to anyone.

SPECIFIC USE OF PRODUCTS

Each product is only licensed of one website or domain only. Unless otherwise specified, you do not have the right to use the product on 2nd website.

Unless otherwise specified, Customer only have the license of our product, add-on, design and other custom codes. VietSol keep the copyright of all codes, design, template and everything related to our products, add-on, features and other custom codes. We keep the right to stop the license without refund if we detect customer violated our TOS.

Our product is developed for educational using only. Using it at your risk. VietSol does not have any responsibilities for any results that product made.

|
You do not have the right to decode or modify the product or re-use part of the product, re-distribute it or re-use it for any purpose without our authentication.

Unless otherwise specified, you do not have the right to use product as a part of another product

Each product license is sold as final license. There is no refund in part or total after the license is released.
